Tesla E-Brake Booster Gen.1

Tesla first used the 1037123-00-A iBooster in their Model S, marking their initial adoption of Bosch's vacuum-independent, electromechanical brake booster. This innovation facilitated the integration of autonomous braking into Tesla's Autopilot features. Known as the GEN1 model, this iBooster is a used, functional unit removed from a left-hand drive Model S, with the master brake cylinder outlets on the right-hand side. The ECU is adaptable and can be rotated 180 degrees for easier installation if necessary.
